As a former Associate Director at AT&T, he led multi-state teams, optimized network transformation, and delivered over $100M in cost savings through process redesign and technology enablement.
At Ops Catalyst Consulting, David brings enterprise-grade expertise to regional telecom operators, helping them modernize dispatch workflows, enforce SLAs, and deploy automation tools that unlock measurable impact. His approach blends Lean Six Sigma discipline with hands-on field insight, producing executive-ready deliverables and rapid implementation cycles.

Kenneth L. Taylor is Managing Partner and CO-Founder of Ops Catalyst Consulting and a Telecom Operations & Strategy Consultant. He has more than 26 years of experience optimizing large‑scale field operations and supporting high performing teams across an enterprise footprint.
Ken brings operational and system level expertise from the telecom industry which has driven transformational solutions to complex problems. He possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding legacy copper and lightwave platforms, network infrastructure, FTTx (Fiber to the Premise, Curb, or Home) as well as the systems and applications used to support these platforms.
He has driven enterprise solution development for field operation processes, technology solutions, and process improvement.
Ken holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Barry University and holds certifications in Human Resources.
